Physical Products
Physical products, including books and printed materials, are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, product availability, or international delivery requirements.

Digital Products
Digital downloads, PDFs, companion guides, and educational resources are typically delivered immediately after purchase through email or direct download access.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the educational and digital nature of many products, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
